General Policy
- Service-Based Refunds
- Since our services are digital and customized to each client, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been initiated, delivered, or completed.
- Refund requests are only considered in exceptional cases where services have not been started or where a significant technical or operational error has occurred on our part.
- Advance Payments & Deposits
- Any advance or deposit paid for projects such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, or Website Development is non-refundable once the work has begun.
- If you cancel before the project starts, a partial refund (after deducting administrative charges) may be issued.
- Monthly Retainer Services
- For ongoing services like SEO or social media management, cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Refunds are not applicable for the current month if services have already commenced.
- Third-Party Fees
- Payments made towards third-party platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, hosting providers, domain registrations, etc.) are non-refundable, as we do not control their policies.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered if:
- Services were not delivered as promised.
- A technical error from our side prevented the initiation of services.
- Duplicate payments were made by mistake.
Refund Process
